I had downloaded a file from an avs forum but can't recall which one. That Disney one scrum mentioned has great reviews and sounds very simple to use.

That 10 minute setup is just bullshit. A real pro setup involves then dragging in a color meter and other specialized equipment to set it up and will set you back a couple hundred bucks at least. Worth it if you are a movie buff interested in accurate color reproduction "the way the director intended it to look." Well. If you buy a $1500 TV, you should spend twenty bucks for the cal disc at least. It's like getting good performance tires for your car. The pro setup is like an exhaust or suspension mod- worth it if you are worried about ultimate performance, not required for most people.
