How can i kill my neighbours tree

Trimmed it back once and she went ape, the thing keeps growing to my bathroom window, sounds like Freddie Kruger scratching at the window at night.

She never prunes it so I want it dead but without any comeback on me.

Ideas?

No the base starts in hers, then the branches grow over my fence and block my light. I'm legally permitted to trim branches that grow over my fence but can't do her tree in. I'm tired of maintaining someone elses shit

fuck her, its on his property, he has the right to trim it. We went through the same shit at our old house. Got the county involved and they said we have the right to trim it, because during a large storm those branches can damage our house.

How far is the tree from your fence? I'm guessing if it close enough you can dig a hole by your fence put the salt in and let the roots absorb it.

You stupid fuck! Do you water your tree from the root? Or do you put fertilizer down to it's root? No. You pour the water or sprinkle the fertilizer and the tree absorbs it. Same goes for the salt. You don't need to get to the lowest root you dumb cunt. :slap:
