Yes it has been a long while. Got married, started a business with my brother-in-law, market went south so he bought me out. I didn't hit the gym for over 4 years, got a fat gut and went up to almost 200lbs. I have recently started working for BodyBuilding.com and have a large selection of supplements at my disposal. I have been hitting the gym about every other day. Back down to about 180lbs, no gut anymore, but not as muscular as I would like.

Rado, should remember the one night I spent in jail....You were on your knees looking up at me most of the night!!! :whistle
