I noticed about a week ago my dog just wasn't the same old girl she normally is. I went to let her out and instead she comes over and lays her head in my lap and rolls her big eyes up at me and nudges my hand and the look on her face just said " I'm sick ". Normally when I let her out she patrols the entire area every square inch to make sure everything is in check then comes back and chills on the deck. So I took her to the vet she had an ear infection and some allergy problems. Cost me 180 bucks for a vet visit and medication. They gave me some gel like antibiotic stuff for her ears and some pills for allergies. Dog is amazing man I tell her to lay down and she lays on one side while I put the stuff in her ears and massage it in for her. Then I just say Ok girl other side and she gets up and lays on her other side so I can get the other ear lol. She knew I was making things better for her and a week later she is back to the same as before, money well spent and good karma :)
