  • Just finished "Consider Phlebas" by Iain Banks. Pretty good science fiction space opera... first book in the Culture series.

Currently reading two books in parallel - Evolution: The Triumph of an Idea by Carl Zimmer, and "Ready Player One" by Ernest Cline, a 2011 SF novel that had fantastic reviews.

    • BTW, I haven't touched a paper book in ages. Pretty much read the Kindle exclusively.

      • I haven't read a real book in probably two years. Seems odd to even say! I use my Kindle, tablet (nice and bright in the dark) and even my phone on occasion.

        • Just finished Ready Player One. Great book, fantastic plot. It will make a great movie.

              • It's hard to find a good book unless someone recommends it. Even then it's based on their perspective.

the only way i know is when someone says "its a new york times best seller" but the shit i am interested in like formula 1 will never be a best seller in america even if its amazing book. :disagree:

Lol. 50 Shades of Gray. My wife read that trilogy. We have a very active sex life as it is but that amplified things a great deal. It also opened her mind to a new level of freakiness. It's like a womans version of old penthouse forum.

I recommend every man getting it for their woman, lol.
