How is the diet and training coming along brah?

Pretty good.. down to 203 as of yesterday am 31 lbs total lost now in 5 months. about 15.5 % BF now best I can tell, starting to see top abs of and side of um a bit. still got some belly fat to go though....

Been working DB a whole lot more last month. Now my left arm isn't the weak arm, they are pretty close now.

I know it don't sound like much, but I have worked my way up to 55 lb db for flat flies 45 on the incline and 70 lb db flat press and 55 incline.

example.. flat dumbell flies...

1x 10 40 lbs ( warm up)
1x10 45 lbs
2x10 55 lbs

flat dunmbell press

1x 10 50 lbs ( warm up)
1x 10 60 lbs
2x (6 to 8) 70 lbs

This am work out was 2000 crunchies/ flutter kicks ect in 20 min
30 min stationary bike at 20 mph / I power walk and run.. alternating every morning.
I do that 5 days a week

then weight 3 night a week on top of that

tonight weights ( shoulders back)

Been sticking after it. Cool thing is folks are noticing it.. getting lots of complements from people. Good motivator!!! Hopefully I can get down to a lower BF% buy oct. I wanna start trying to clean bulk and get good weight back on. Im a lot stronger and continue to improve on strength. shit;s working... slow but steady progress
