I don't have a reference but I am fairly sure he said that in his last re-election campaign. I would like to see him clarify his position on this on the national stage, where his position may need to be different from what he said to his Christian fundamentalist base in Texas. He better not believe in ID - we have enough bullshit science and lack of govt funding of legimate science as it is.
