movie theaters that serve alcohol

now this is my favorite thing. on monday i went to the movies with a friend. he took me there because he said "they're awesome and you'll see why." turns out they have a full service bar in the front of the theater and if you have a movie ticket you can get your drinks "to-go" and take them with you during the show.

we got about 4 drinks and it definitely made the movie a lot funnier than expected. we saw Cowboys and Aliens. i don't think i would have enjoyed the movie as much as if i were 100% sober.

We had a few of those places and they were always the worst of both worlds.

Shitty bar food and a crappy little theatre. Plus people eating and drinking, waiters up and down the joint, fucks with my movie experience.
