Guy has some of the best arms ever, there were some guys like Paul Dillet who had monstrous arms, but Phils look like they are carved from stone.
Proportionate as hell, and just jacked!

Pittman looks like a freak too, but hes just not got the size of ol Phil.

Phil looks great compared to whats there but he lacks width and has more to do. Flex had some goof arms but shoulders aswell sergio oliva also. You have to remember phil is a short guy

I agree with those being the best arms. There have been many bodybuilders with great arms but Phil is on a different level with the detail and the hardness of his arms.
