Impressive stats and lift but it has to be said he was virtually stood up when he started the lift. The next guy squared alot of weihht but was helped by the spotters and the gir l didny bench to her chest.

I can see how impressive it for a little guy to lift all that weight up, but that has to cause serious damage to his little joints. I mean I see scrawny little kids in the gym shoulder pressing 100lb dumbbells all the time, I cant imagine though, that is good for them. One of my friends always used to work out with heavy weights and he was only 175 lbs I mean benching 400lbs and now all his joints are messed up.
