lets be real though. "growing up" is a bs term. people do things for incentive, people do things for an award.Originally posted by FitnessBratIt's called growing up and being responsible! And besides, you don't HAVE to have a roommate. I just said to cut costs, he could.
personally i had to get out of the house because me and my mom have the same personality, we both have to be the dominate figure. i never fought with anyone worse then i did with my mom. i put more holes in the wall then i can count.
but if dana gets along with his parents and they give him everything, i dont blame him for not wanting to leave.

i dont know about anyone else but i have never been driven by the desire to "grow up". lol.
i have been driven by "what is in it for me".
and if you fucks are honest with yourself and you cut the shit, the same goes for you.
so tell me, what is in it for dana? he is a clueless immature dipshit, the only thing he will gain from leaving mom and dad is depression and being poor. :lmao:

He needs to graduate first. I was done with my undergraduate degree before my 21st birthday and had my doctorate by 25. I can understand taking time to complete your degree if you are holding down a full time job, but with mom cooking and cleaning your clothes, surely you can take 4 courses a semester and get done ASAP? :hibb:

No, the same didn't go for me. I wasn't driven like Scrum to go to college, but I did it because it was the "right thing to do."Originally posted by THE BOUNCERi dont know about anyone else but i have never been driven by the desire to "grow up". lol.

I moved out because it was exciting to start an adult life, get my own place, etc. I worked full time and went to school full time. I had NO desire to sit around my parents because food and rent were free.

You didn't do anything because it was the right thing to do. You did it because it was a benefit to you. Nobody does things just to do them.Originally posted by FitnessBrat

Dana isn't excited by the incentive to go out and do things on his own, that is pretty clear.
