        Had it with a salad, barley risotto and grilled vegetables. Skipped the cheesecake dessert though.

          Done with workout... didn't puke... :weights:

          Good session - no PRs but felt strong. I guess 100g of pasta carbs right before the workout is a good thing.. :D
