Ok you lot, me and wife are looking to book a holiday here next year and unlike bouncer when I say I'm going some place I go ha. So what's up, when is the best time to go and best part to go to. Remember

Miami Beach late spring is best time to go. besides the Miami Beach area florida is nothing but hicks and slobs.

Don't listen to this Guido fool, he knows nothing about the great state. Any of the FL Keys are a great spot to stay, and you can drive to the others. The water is beautiful, the sea life is very cool if you're into boating/fishing/snorkeling, and Key West is cool for entertainment, bars, etc. Very laid back in that part of the state so it's a nice vacation spot.

St Augustine is another nice area. Lots of history, lots of entertainment, some real nice B&B spots, great restaurants, etc and close to the beach.

Yes, the Everglades are sort of just there. It isn't like something you really tour or anything. But you can take an airboat tour through them, and that's cool.

Also look into the west coast. Naples, St Pete, Clearwater - also great areas to stay.

So FB if you had to suggest the ideal holiday in that state for a couple that hadn't been before what would you suggest. We love.scenery mild activity and eats but.clearly we can't do everything in a week our two

Definitely weather and beach is good but we don't just wanna go to the beach everyday. Not averse to cali, LA, San Diego either

i would take a week and fly into Miami and stay a few days, then rent a car and drive to the keys and stay there for a few days.

I'd do Destin for a week and then Miami/keys for a week if I were doing a 2 week florida trip.
