Thought of something else, let me know when you want me to stfu, I would prequalify a few prep coaches first and in some way at the appropriate time let them know you have had issues with your source and finding good gear down under is very tough, so ask them if they can help point you in the direction for the super supplements. Some might even help you directly, again greasing their palm by making a few add'l bucks to pay for their shit or whatever.

Henry, the going rate for Farah here is $3,500usd. What you will receive from him is a template, copied. 180lbs bb gets a template. 200lbs bb gets the same template, 400lb bb, same template. I've seen the template. If you opt to go this route I will be willing to bet whatever anyone wants I will guess the diet verbatim lol.

Off the top of my head I know an IFBB pro who uses George, someone else who just placed top 5 in the Super Heavyweights at the USA's, someone who just won a local show a few weeks back and someone who competed against Big Scott at Masters Nats two weight classes under Scott. So 4 people quickly off the top of my head that pay upwards of what you were quoted. I'm happy to tell you what those guys are eating and what they are taking bro.

If you're going to spend the money you're going to spend the money. I get it, I could be some idiot full of shit sitting behind a pc but my advice--unless you are an elite level bodybuilder, sponsored or near sponsorship, that is unnecessary. Personally, my best placing to date, was three shows back without a prep coach, trying different things listening to my own body.

The benefits of soliciting someone in the know, is the insurance that you are getting proper guidance to confirm you are doing the right things...again, YOU ARE DOING. They can only lead you to the water but you have to drink it. That being said I suggest you look for a local guy, someone who will have more time for you, and cost much less. Internet taking/sending pics is bs IMO.

If you're paying for a 3rd eye they should be local. So if you can find anyone within a couple hundred miles that you can see every two or so weeks (more often as the show approaches) would be ideal. What about Lee Priest or any Aussie bb that prep coaches? Most pro's are happy to help with a little palm greasing but most get an ego boost with someone soliciting their help.

I can tell you that I am not a fake sitting behind a pc faking the funk. Honestly, as an intermediate level bb with 10 years experience, there are some vets on this board that know their shit and would be happy to help you. Just sayin.

The point of the post was to tell you to inquire about getting the drugs with your coach if you opt to use one bc you said they were hard to obtain in AUS.

I was saying tell me when to stfu because I don't want to be the guy soliciting feedback or making suggestions if it is not my place or you are not asking is all.

Mate not at all i only know everything i do from the knowledge and experience of others. I always appreciate feedback from everyone its the only way to become the best.

ATM I have about a gallon of prop and tren once thats depleted ill take some time off and look for some recognised coaches and see what they can sort out.

As a follow up on how hard it is to get quality here in AUS a guy i know from gym just bought some GH, he's never used any drugs before. He just met with me and I thought the vials looked odd so we mixed one up and i tasted it all it was was some caster sugar in a vial. He paid 5grand for 800IU
