Is there a native dock program in Windows or are you running something over your Windows?

It's called objectdoc, free download. Just download it and tinker with the settings to get it to look how you want.

Nice and uncluttered. I like the look. For a while I dispensed entirely with any icons or docks or anything and just used Launchy to launch apps. Worked really well. Might go back to that.

Launchy... launchy... launchy.... you'll never have the need to click on an icon after installing it.

What's 1997-ish about a keyboard shortcut? Beats pointing and clicking any day.

Alt-spacebar pulls up a small box. Type in application name. App is predictive, so I rarely have to type more than 1 or 2 letters for it to recognize what I want. I don't even have icons on my desktop for apps anymore.
