pay pal question

I had a customer order some gloves and pay with pay pal. well stupid ass me sold the gloves and didnt take off website.
If i refund her threw pay pal is she gonna have to pay fees?
I dont want her to loose out so If she does i will pay her more.
any help

I didnt even see a spot to put refund. oh well she didnt bitch so she either got 5 extra bucks or the fees were covered.
