  • Bodybuilding Mouth Piece - Jay Cutler Approved!

I can see Dana in the gym with this.

Are you struggling to build muscle because of cortisol?

Do you ever wonder why all those hours in the gym don’t give you any noticeable results? One possible culprit is the “stress hormone” cortisol.

Your body produces extra cortisol in reaction to physical and psychological stress. High levels of cortisol are bodybuilding’s worst enemy because they can sap your energy stores and fatigue your muscles. This is especially true if you clamp your jaw shut – something most bodybuilders do during serious training. ArmourBite® counteracts the negative effects of clenching, reduces cortisol and helps give you the body you deserve.
“I came to realize that a mouthpiece is a necessity in training. I have always been concerned about grinding and clenching my teeth in training sessions. I found the ArmourBite Mouthpiece and realized that it also has the benefit of improving strength and lowering cortisol.”

    Jay Cutler, Professional Bodybuilder

ArmourBite is scientifically proven. And published.

    Cortisol Reduction
According to this study, an ArmourBite® Mouthpiece can significantly lower an athlete’s cortisol levels after one hour of intense exercise. The study showed that cortisol levels were lowered by 51 percent in the participants wearing the mouthpiece vs. those who did not.

    Improved Exercise Intensity and Recovery
Research published in the Journal of the American Dental Association finds that wearing an ArmourBite® Mouthpiece improves endurance, exercise intensity and recovery. Participants wearing ArmourBite® took in 29% more oxygen than the subjects not wearing the mouthpiece.

    Improved Muscular Endurance
Results of this bench press study show that the use of the ArmourBite® Mouthpiece significantly increased muscular endurance in both males and females.

I use one when rolling to avoid getting my teeth getting kicked in. Are you saying you use it just to make breathing more difficult?

Yeah that is one of the products I sell. The under armour mouthguard.

I tried it (I got one free to demo) for like two days in the gym and it didn't do anything. DEF not worth a hundred or two $$ which is what it costs I believe.

No, what I mean is that the original post claims that people clench their teeth in the gym and this mouthguard was supposed to counteract the supposed bad effects of clenching your teeth. I can't imaging clenching my teeth and lifting. I am breathing pretty heavily through my mouth while pushing out the reps - the whole premise seems to be wrong.

Right on. I left out words I was agreeing. I dont think (people) clench their teeth during working out either.
