Minimum payraise to switch companies?

What is the minimum it would take for you to switch companies? Would you guys throw loyalty out the door for a 25% increase in pay? This additional income would fund law school.

Wife says to stay loyal to my current employer even though the pay is less bc I have vested time with them. I say fuck that be loyal to yourself you either fuck or you get fucked?

How about a dollar value more per year, if you were w2'd (like you said working for the man). The taxes is a lateral move. Same tax bracket as before.

50k/year more than current employer? 100k/year more? 20k/year more?
