also a guy on this board yrs ago was telling everyone how to eat and train what to do etc. and one day for some reason he decides to post a pic of himself at an airport terminal mostly to brag he was on vacation of some shit. he was a fucking tiny mofo. i think turbo or beast ripped him a new one and he never came back shit was hilarious.
