dropping in to say hi , hope everyones year has started off good !
i have allot going on so not much time to sit at a computer .. just sold my caddy and pickup and bought a 4 door wrangler sahara .. time to get my oldest a car so making room for that ..
one of guys i have been working with for past 16 years didnt come back at end of the day last week .. we found him face down in a culdesac on edge of the road by the work truck .. heart attack .. talking to him at lunch that day then helping the M.E. put his still warm body in a bag 4 hours later .. good guy he will be missed !
i have my left arm almost completely sleeved now ,, my right is not far behind and my back is part way done :) no ink on lower half yet ..
i am currently 285 lbs .. doc has me on 40 mgs of adderal ed never been so focused and feel fucking great !!! bonus is it keeps you lean :) .... i start diet in 3 weeks .. no more shows but will still diet as if i am getting ready for one ... cardio in the morning .. low carb ,, get down to 255 .. 260 for the summer ... cant do much pulling movements right now cause fucked up my biceps tendon doing some heavy back movements .. i work around it tho ..
