    why people don't workoff the weight but always diet?

    For most people, it is easier to not eat those doritos than to get out and do some cardio.

      because its easier for feeble minds to just not eat what is killing them temporarily but that doesnt reverse it that stops it. They never realize they have to exercise to reverse it.

          I like them, but they don't like me. :( Funny thing is that after eating pretty clean for the last 2 yrs. I rarely crave junk food. Although...since last night, hubby and I are both craving homemade brownies, so I'm gonna make some tonight and get it ovder with. :D We're having company this week, so they can finish what's left.

          And as for lifting...I miss it on days off. No matter how shitty of a day I've had, getting in there, moving the weight, just doing what I know I need to do, makes me feel so much better. I look at some people now and think to myself how much better they would feel if they'd just get their butts into the gym and train. But it took me until my mid 30's to get there myself...I think it's more a lack of propper training and information that keeps people outta the gym. Going in there for an hour or so 5 days a week is enjoyable...if it wasn't, I'd have quit by now.

            I also rarely crave junk food. If by junk food you mean anchovies, because those are just disgusting.

              Oh...and I'll put pleanty of walnuts in the brownies...get some protein in there and make them somewhat nutritious. :D

                  i like them with only hot suace, thats all. By themsleves, i hate cause ahhhh so much cheeese on them. Im eating clean now so i cant take junk food.
