Alternate v root, melatonin, and off nights.

5-htp if the above doesn't work. Provided you aren't currently taking any SSRIs.

    Remove TV from bedroom.

I didn't love the movie. It was slow and didn't keep my attention all that well. Now granted, that could have happened with most any movie, because I just wasn't all that focused. I'm sure there's things I missed. But I didn't relate in a way to feel sad, either.

Not much to miss. Pretty straight forward; son dies on 'the way', father takes ashes and distributes them along 'the way', father meets people along 'the way', father becomes a better person along 'the way', father completes journey. the end. That's 'the way' it goes :hibb:

yea thats the basic plot but the pain, passion, and life lesson is missing from your very basic description.

Most of you on here think that I hate every movie, but I actually watch a few that I enjoy.

The Way was good. I didn't have as much of an emotional attachment like B and I think that is one of the best things about the movie. The movie is much like the Camino de Santiago in that people make the pilgrimage for different reasons, so it makes sense that people have varying emotions while watching the film. I thought it was a solid effort by Emilio and having his father play the lead added to the emotional/family idea.

I watched most of The Descendants last night, but fell asleep with about 30 min left. I enjoyed what I watched so far, and it wasn't the "borefest" that I was kind of expecting. Still have to watch the end to come to a final conclusion.

Watched MI 3 the other day. It is a good action/leave your brain asleep/look at the pretty building/check out cool gadgets movie.

Look at that, 3 movies and I pretty much liked them all.
