MRI says I have several micro tears in the triceps and one of the tendons it attaches to elbow..but not bad enough to warrant surgery...Dr. said slow healing process and I should be good in a couple months. I get to see the physical terrorist on a regular basis for a while it seems...lol

Good to hear, bro. Surgery should always be the last choice option and it's good that it will heal without invasive procedures.
