Favorite winter clothes?

Now that it's getting chilly I'm getting my winter stuff out. What's your favorite winter apparel item? I love sweaters the most...nice soft comfy cuddle up and keep warm kinda sweaters! Boots come in a close second.

Does it really get chilly wear you live MrsP? What is the average temp in winter?

Average here is low 70's through winter. It will occassionally drop to freezing one or two days out of the winter. And occassionally stay in the fifties for a few days, but in general, it's mostly perfect outdoor weather.

Now our days are still in the low to mid 80's but it does actually get cold here as we get deeper into winter. I'm a wimp when it gets below 70, out come sweaters and jackets...even now that it's in the low 80's I'll wear a light sweater to work because the office is so cold. I guess most autumn days are in the 80's, most winter days in the 70's, but we get a fair share of 50's and 60's from Jan to March.

It's funny when they warn us of an overnight frost...people cover their plants with sheets and blankets. They can look like big snow mounds if you're driving by at night. LOL

I had to laugh... we have 60 degree weather and were in shorts... LOL, here in cleveland we go from 0-10 degrees and tons of snow in winter to 80-95 in summer.

to answer your question about clothes. I have a wool and mongolian lamb fur coat. It's so stylish and I love wearing it. I got it last year. It's so great!

Hey Mrs P I am with you when it starts to dip in the 70's I get the sweat shirts out I don't really like cold weather for a long period of time. One or two days is good then it needs to start warming up.

i like wearing some jeans, a white shirt under, and a huge sweater. Thats all I use and if its too cold, I wear a sweater and a black leather jacket with my red wing boots.
