Which model? The Bold 9650 I used awhile back for work was pure shit. Tiny screen and buttons. Very impractical device.
Bold 9900. Screen is smaller, but I just don't do as much mobile browsing as I did with iphone/android. Keyboard is why I bought it, I don't dread typing on my phone anymore. Having a dedicated call and End button is also great as well. I realized that I just wanted to have a phone again, instead of a mini computer in my pocket.
Yeah, don't understand the hate for the iphone keyboard. It works great and the autocorrect feature is so good, as long as I hit a key somewhere in the vicinity of what I want to hit, it figures out the word.

Another thing that I loathed about BB is that I had to pull the battery everyday because it locked up so frequently. Then you have to wait for the software to load then wait for the software validation. Bah!
