Lol how can you be so dumb sometimes is beyond me. If you unlock the phone you'll have a bigger buyer market.

If you had to jailbreak and then unlock, then yes, it is some work and knowing you, you'll probably not bother. But if unlocking is simply as easy as paying a visit to the AT&T store, I don't see why you won't do it. It opens up the entire T-Mobile crowd as potential buyers. Don't agree with your viewpoint on this one.

I've never seen a guy as bullheaded as you. Why you would turn down easy money is beyond me... :disagree:

But anyway, if you purchase a new phone, your number will get moved to a new SIM, so you can leave it in. Just erase everything.

Erase the phone, remove sim (or leave it in if you want) and sell that bitch. Fuck JB and unlocking to make an extra $15, you are already making a profit on the phone and you don't want to get involved with all that techy shit anyway.

thats my thought process. i got the thing for $99 and can sell it for $150 2 years later!!! why take the chance on fuckeing up the phone for an extra $10-15 bucks.

I'm thinking of getting something new too. My wife and I are out of contract and she upgraded from her 3GS to a 4S recently. I have my 3GS - I'll wait and see how the HTC works out for you Bouncer and decide. I don't use all the crazy apps - just need browser, maps/GPS and a good RSS reader and I am all set..

I will probably go with the razr maxx. There are newer and better spec phones but the battery life 20-30 hours is insane and it's more than capable of anything I will use it for.

Same here. Know a couple of people that have it and they love it and they say the claims of the battery are pretty accurate.
