The playoffs are now bro.... be a couple weeks to that point...They are working there way thru... the boston /washington as well as pitt/ phily games are freeking nuts right now.. both awesome series...

I'm loving the fights and the big hits...but I'm hating the flagrant elbows to the head we're seeing as a trend...and Raffi Torres leaving his feet to deliver a headshot to Hossa last night is an example of what needs to be taken out of the game. Shanahan needs to keep it up with the suspensions, and for a multiple repeat-offender like Torres...ban him for the rest of the playoffs and the first 10 games of next season.

I'm all for rock em sock em hockey, and as far as I'm concerned they need to get rid of that 'second fight' rule so we can have good old-fashioned line brawls again....but the cheap shotting has got to go.

yea there was even some cross checking to the throat the other night...no need for that kinda shit. I agree the cheap shots are not productive and dont add to the game.
