So the other day I went to get my rice out of the closet and shit started pouring out the bottom of the bag. God damn mouse had chewed through it!! :pissed:

Went to Home depot and got 4 traps and set up. Next day I wake up and all 4 traps had caught mice!! Fuck I must have a god damn colony I think to myself. Went and bought 4 more today. We shall see if I catch 4 more. :pissed:

I feel ya on the old house...I bought one that was built in 1930. Plumbing issues out the ass, house shifts like crazy, doors won't close, cracks in walls, insulation is shit, etc.

well we been here a month and no real issues yet. just a couple mise in the closet and attic.

house has a brand new roof, windows and new siding, so no issues with water or heat escaping, drafts etc..

it was built in the late 50's so its not exactly old like some 150 year old house or something.
