Dude I had one hell of a cheat day... pancakes eggs and bacon for breakfast.. Then I had lunch... homade nachos...deer chili diced onions tomatoes, cheddar cheese and jalapenos on tostitos chips..... then I made about 6 lbs of wings in the oven for dinner I covered them with vidallia onion slow burn peach hot sauce that shit is slamming!!! and to top it off I had a big cup of icecream with milk all mixed up.... FUCK yea....but I feel like shit right now to be honest...LOL

I'm gonna try the Arm tommorow in the gym for the first time in two months,,Figured I'd celebrate today. I have done good last two months..no bad weight gained... maintaining...but I know I have gotten softer if ya will..
