I havr a buddy that can do it for me but there are youtube clips that show you. But listen it only works up to the Apple I TV 2 (just get one off ebay), that more recent wones won't fly. You need to have an itunes account but basically there is no way of tracing it, just drop your cable package to minimal and so log as you have wireless you can get literally everything.
