he had allot of issues from so many concussions .. shot himself in the chest so they can study his brain .. the nfl will not beable to bury this one ... so many of those guys have serious brain issues from the head tramas while playing ..

I agree with you! They know what they are signing up for. I do think the NFL needs to put every effort they can in finding the safest equipment possible.

Coming from a rugby angle, my opinion is that there should be less protective equipment, not more. The more protective equipment there is, the more people use their bodies as battering rams. Instead of making the helmets even more massive and space-age, outlaw tackling with the helmet and watch the head injuries decline. In rugby you tackle with your shoulder, not your head, because you can't afford to. I think football is heading down the wrong path.
