curious if you guys think its acurate to measure cals burned in the day. I do not like wearing the chest strap on normal HR monitors so this is appealing to me.

Just checked that. that one has a arm band instead of a chest strap. that wont work so well my arm is pretty big and if it flexes it gets alot bigger,lol
seriously it just seems uncomfotable to wear a arm band all day.

The nike one is just a wrist band like a watch
