I thought MI5 was responsible for internal intelligence and security, which are pretty similar to the charter of the FBI. And MI6 I guess is the equivalent of the CIA.

The information gathered by drones is past on to federal law enforcement and used. The quiet aviation bill was slid through permitting their use. According to law one had to obtain a search warrant to monitor people and observe due process. Both fourth and fifth amendment rights are being breached.
