I think breastfeeding is great, and I know the bond it creates between mother and baby. I also know how hard it is when they start growing and the bond....changes - not for better or worse, just different. I think mothers that breastfeed children that old, are doing it more for themselves. They can't let go of that feeling you have when your baby is 100% dependent on you.
