      When I'm having insomnia (which is probably about 3/4 of the year) it's usually maybe 4 hrs. a night. Since we got a hot tub though I've been able to relax and fall asleep earlier and I sleep more soundly. I've fallen asleep on the patio snuggled up in a towel after getting out of the hot tub a few times. LOL

        I get about 8 to 9 sometimes more. I do have nights of insomnia though. But, it's been better now since I went off my cycle. Much Better sleep now! :)

              I get about 6 hours a sleep a night...if i wasn't such a horn ball my boyfriend and i could actually get some sleep every now and then :)

                        II get about 10 a day when I need. On some days I get about 4-5 when there is stuff to get done, but its never a prob because my batteries are charged on the good nights. Occasionally I can rip off 12 hours straight.

                        I would say that 8 1/2 would be average for me. I can have a little bit of toss'n and turn'n when first trying to sleep. Sometimes it can take a few minutes while others it can take a few hours. But once Im asleep, Im out. (I have no kids and the women usually lets the sleeping dog lie.)

                        Long sleep periods are wonderful when working hard and trying to get the body healed up.

                        The thing is, what matters is what time will I wake up. I can change my bodies clock every couple weeks. So I'll get up at 10am for 2 weeks. Or Ill get up at 7 am for two weeks. What really matters is what time I crash. Ill just sleep until its time to get up. Of course my responsibilities tend to dictate most of it.
