    This is just a sort of progress report. I've been eating clean for 37 days now and have dropped 22 pounds. I'm still following the regiment from my first update "16 pound in 16 days". Thanks for all the advice.

    Great work can you give an example of your diet/Workout/cardio regimen?

      I eat between four to five meals a day. Here's today's meals.
      1. fat free cottage cheese and an apple
      2. spegetti with lean ground meat with wheat noodles
      3. Metrx with creatine and fat free milk
      4. can of tuna
      5. egg white omlete with fat free chedder cheese

      I either train or do cardio. Except for legs which is very taxing on me physically. I usually train five days a week. Here is an example:
      Mon - chest and shoulders
      Tues - 30 min cardio and triceps
      Wed- back/traps/bi's
      Thurs - 30 min cardio and quads
      Fri- 30 min cardio and hamstrings and calves.

      I mix it up by somedays doing 40 min of cardio and doing chest/tri/shoulders together as well as quads/hams/calves together.

      As far as suppl goes, I take Metrx, creatine, multi-vit, vit C, Yohimbe, Stacker 2 (EC kind) for two week intervals, and ZMA. I want to start taking glutamine too.

          thanks bro. I started at 240, but that is relatively new for me. For five or six years I held a body weight ranging between 200 and 210. My %bf usually is between the 9 -12 zone, except for the last two years when I let my dieting go to hell and was just "going through the motions" in the gym. It really turned into finding a motivation factor. Before wife, kid, etc., it boiled down to the opposite sex. I'm glad I found this place, its been great for helping me find a new outlet to get motivated.

              Thats not very much food, are you hungry all the time? Do you have plenty of energy? Taking plenty of supp's?

                Its on the low side as far as carbs go, but I'm getting at least 160 - 170 grams of protein in a day. I'm never hungry, if I do I throw in an extra shake or something. I think it virtually impossible to be anabolic and catabolic at once, so after I drop the BF to a more desired level, I may up the carb intake along with the protein to put on more mass. I'm somewhat happy with my present body mass. I don't have measurements or anything. The only measurement I know is my biceps, which are 17.5 inches cold. I don't know any others.
