Puddles and I just got back from seeing it. I have to preface it by saying that I am a big Matrix fan so I may be biased. I have been watching the second movie almost constantly for 3 days and I have been calling everyone "Mr. Anderson" since Monday :)
This film had much more of a "science fiction" feel than the others. There was suprisingly little martial arts compared to the others. The story was confusing, but the second one only got clear to me after I saw it a few times. The battle scenes were amazing. And I was clutching my seat for most of them.
The ending left me somewhat unsatisified. It kinda left the door open for another movie and I really wanted it to be wrapped up nicely in a tight package
If you are already a fan, you will enjoy it. If you think the others sucked, you prolly will think the same of this one. :)
I'm glad this is the last one, they packed one more cliche from the other 2 movies in this one and if you guys ever watched Dragonball Z on cartoon network and wonder if ever they'll make a real action movie of it........you just saw it with Neo and Mr. Smith. The ending was unsatisfying I agree, the action was interesting but the special effects were quite awesome. I'm glad the trilogy is over, if anybody could ever resurrect the franchise from that last movie, good luck. Maybe thats why Keanu Reeves admitted and VOWED to never make another one. It felt like I was watching a television series more than anything else. The trilogy I really want to finish is the Lord of the Rings
some of you guys must be confused easily. there was nothing confusing about it. it made perfect sense. i enjoyed it. some of the acting and special effects were hoakey...but overall it was good.
