actually 50/50. Lots of shit in our backyard is out of code, unfinished. It looks amazing for TV, but there are quite a few loose ends that never got taken care of.
I'm not complaining though and am happy to do the shit they didn't finish.
interesting. i wonder how those houses that some of those shows build in like a week end up like after a couple months.
