I knew a vietnamese kid that was in a gang a few years back they were all into selling drugs, rap music, the whole trying to be hard thing. His parents spoke no english. He caught a stray dog once and took it home for his dad to cook. No bullshit...

Are we being particular in separating bulls, bison, lamb, chicken etc as being food?

I can appreciate its hard to argue if not impossible that there is no difference in eating a cat or dog from chickens, pigs and cows.

However, its the treatment of the animals. In some of these countries (if not all) the animals are treated in humanly. Often cooked alive.

There is is one particular video I recall from a restaurant where a cat was removed from a cage using long tongs. The cat was then beaten with a club before being plunged into boiling oil, it was pulled out and its fur and skin was pulled off. The cat was left on the counter to die before cooked further. This adds flavor to the meat.

I couldn't find the video as I saw it a few years ago, but there are plenty of articles on the topic.

Man has a much deeper relationship with dogs then chickens.

Dogs have been side by side with man for thousands of years. Hunting, protecting, herding, companionship etc.. man's best friend is not just said for no reason.

Mr I you have no connection with dogs and you don't understand them because your parents were pieces of shit and kept you away from them that is clear.

This is truth. Dogs were domesticated by man over thousands of years which evolved into a special bond between dog and man. They have even done research and proved that a dog can read a human's facial expression where as a wolf cannot. Even though a dog and a wolf share 99% of the same DNA, there is no human connection with a wolf. With the dog, the connection exists and it has been proven.

None of those animals have a bond with Humans. You have no argument.
