Yeah the same thought went through my mind. Hit this guy in the face on TV & end the project or just smile. You can even see a pause before I smiled as I could only think, did this fucking guy just say that? Then a brief flash of red, then like four seconds later a forced smile.

I had been off, eating like crap, working out half assed for the 4-5 months prior to the show. That is my excuse and that's why I look like garbage thats is my story at least lol.
