Outdoor system/speakers

Does anyone have any type of outdoor music system? Hell, I don't even know if that is what you call it. I want to add something for the pool/deck area without having to drag an ipod dock outside. Not too mention a little better sound... Any brands to avoid?

Yeah... In a perfect world I would like to have something that I could wirelessly stream music too via iphone/ipod. I have looked at air play from apple. If I install traditional outdoor speakers, I would assume those have to be wired into my house to surround sound receiver. Sound wise, I am guessing that is the better option just pricier.

yea wireless speakers are a bit ehhh. you will never get great sound out of them. good speakers need power to play.
