Do you guys give money (or anything else) to people begging money. I know some are scammers, blah blah. Just curious :)

That's me - it all comes down to what they "look" like. I don't know if that's right/wrong/whatever, but some people look straight up just fine!

I think we all feel the same but here is the flip side of the coin. Now don't get me wrong there is no amount of money on earth that would make me give up any of my limbs or functions, hell I'm already having a hard enought time with my one arm in a sling. But...I was at Venice beach last weekend and there was this crippled old lady on a wheel chair begging and almost everyone who walked by her put something on her lap. I've got to tell you guys she must make bank everyday sitting on that boardwalk.

I may break down and give some cash if they have a dog, but I rarely carry cash.

I try and keep some emergency cash on me at times, but it is usually $20s, no singles.
