GNC show of strength highlights

Just spent the weekend at the show and the expo was pretty good. Since I live in Atlanta and compete nationally I knew quite a few of the guys. I never really talked to Craig Titus before but I was impressed. He and his wife Kelly were probably 2 of the nicest pros there. Amy Fadhli was also very nice and down to earth. Also saw Bob Chick, George Farah, Lee Priest, Kathy Priest,Chris Cormier, Dexter Jackson (who won the show) ,Toney Freeman (a friend of mine) and many others. Most of the pros were cool some came across as asses. I wont name names (AA) but maybe he was just tired, who knows. Anyway good show all around. SHF

I went to the expo. I wish I would have seen Titus. I got there right after the prejudging, so most of them were resting. It was pretty cool.
