I remember in boot camp when we were first learning to salute, we had to hold it while the Drill Instructors went around and checked each recruit. My hand cramped up and was hurting so bad! But I had to just hold it there with my fingers all curled up. LOL Sucked then but I'd live to go back and do it again if I could.
