Reworked an earlier photo with a tighter crop and desaturated the jacket to be less distracting. Definitely like this better!

Went for a hike with my wife and son on the Wildwood Trail in Forest Park today.... I love the temperate rainforest of the PNW! :thumup:

Haha... only some of the trails are bike access... many of them are pedestrian only!

Getting to learn to use flash a bit better. The skill is in making the photo look like no flash was used, I think.

Yup those look great. It's amazing once you get it how much better pictures look with flash.

Took this for a friend she need a gym picture for a blog. I used the window light first but it wasn't quite enough so bounced the flash off the ceiling set 1/4 power @35mm, white balance set to flash and it looked great. :D

By the way background is in focus on purpose because she needed clear picture of a gym and had to have the kindle in focus too since it was an important part of the blog.
