Supplement stores?

What are your guys thoughts on them? pretty much done since the internet is so cheap?
I have a chance to buy a nice place already with steady clients ect. but it has to be on the down fall.
I am far from rich but I can buy it. only problem is all cash will be gone and I have 2 babys and 1 going into collage.
Is this a smart risk for me right now at my age and situation?
Should I just keep my lil bit of cash for rainy day?

I just blew a fat amount of cash on a sick ass watch but now i agree with bouncer that was stupid of me. I am not a kid anymore I only have so much time left to make money. I could of used that to help buy this store

The way this country is going now I would have to be leary of getting into something right now unless I did a lot of research on it. Im glad I got out of my fishing charter service when I did or I would have lost my ass bad.Im holding my cards close to my chest and keeping stuff in my pockets for the near future for sure. If its such a good profitable business...why would they be getting out of it?

Ask to see their business model they used for the startup loans for the bank ect. And profit margins what was expected and then the actuall?? I doubt they would let ya see it if its not real good...

the guy selling is going into military his money guy partner is filthy rich and has no time for it. I thing they will show me info if I ask and i would when getting to final numbers.

Ya I was all out of store idea then new info came up!
there are 2 brand new tanning beds in back they were just gonna open a tanning thing. the back is alot bigger than thought. I can rent out for private MMA or Jits training. lots of people can run gym just cant afford real places. I also have everything a GYM could want in my house I can move it there let people personal train outta there I have a few clients I can train there also.

most important I have my best friend that wants in. so half the cash half the risk and half the time spent there. for only half the proffit,lol

gonna go talk to him tomorrow and see the whole place I was not aware how much came with it. if everthing sounds good i will hire a accountant to go threw books and tell me what place is worth
