It's Paradisus - Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It's an all-inclusive resort. They have Royal Service, which means special pool without children, special beach area with no children, and really nice chairs/covered bed type things, pillow service, baths, etc etc.

I think I paid like $2500 for 5 days and airfare.

That sounds beautiful if a little expensive for our trip. Sounds like a wow trip though

We can get flights and all inclusive st lucia for 1800 quid, think the hotel is like three our for star thought
