  • Couple bad habits ditched and possible anxiety/heart murmor

So I've always had the occassional ciggarette, maybe two every two weeks, last three months I actually been having one or two a night. Friday I thought, nah enough.

I've been getting little dizziness and flighty feelings in my ticker, so I thought stop any smoking and stop any caffiene for a week or two, if there's still something then, then I'll see the doc.

So no cigs, or caffiene for about 4 days now and it seems to be much better, like 80% better but not totally gone. I'll give it the full two weeks.

Don't know about you guys but I shit myself if I feel anything round there, which every time has turned out to be muscle stiffness either in chest shoulder or back in the past.

    See how it goes

I use to be the same way bro. Would smoke maybe 1 a week socially, but can't stand them now. Make me sick.

You should just kick em completely. I assume youre a pretty healthy guy. 3 months of light smoking is fuckin you up. Id just give it up.

Busy at work blah blah, but I just wanna make sure I take out all factors of stimulatory effcet, pre workout drinks too, no caffiene at all, nothing and it seems to be calming things down.

I don't think there's an issue because when I excercise its fine, just a shitty anxiety feeling in there and heart sometimes seems to skip beat then beat real hard. Only thing I wonder is if all these years of holding breath when lifting might have thrown rythm but its more just an annoyance than anything

Do you notice it more when you're on cycle? Ive noticed that feeling before on higher dosed cycles.

yeah, on anapolon more I felt dizzy, still a little now but less so, I wonder if its the addittional red blood cells making you blood thicker or something. Only thing if when I came off for two years I felt something more anxiety like when I had low test lol!

Now your a fucken smoker? christ between that and not flossing your breath must smell like Margaret thatchers asshole.

on a serious note, could it have anything to do with the anadrol and powerlifting thing you just did?

              Whats that cum in eye?

I'm sure the anadrol didn't help pal, made me more antsy, pent up instead of free flow energy, not really a smoker but not doing it now anyway.

Not really pain bro, more unexplained excitation and some irregular heart beats and palpitation, it seems to be getting less frequent, also a dizziness thats becoming less since stoping anadrol

At our age man its probably best you go get checked out. Could be anxiety/stress/worrying whatever..irregular heart beat from time to time is not unusual but sharp pains in your chest even if for a minute or any pain in your arm then go get looked at.

Thanks rado, No sharp pains old timer but to be honesty if I had I would get it checked whatever age I was even if I was eighteen and so should anyone. No its just excitation feeling but at unnecessary times if you know what I mean

If something external is causing you distress it is not the thing itself that causes the pain it its your perception of it. Love this reminder that your in control

I am curious of your hemoglobim count? I would make sure doc checks that if you go for blood work. Or if you wanna know for free go give blood and they will tell you what it is. if its to high you cant give blood.

I've a suspicion your right on the money there pal, the reason being that I get similar haizey feeling on high doze eq, which is known to cause this. I'm betting the droll did the same.

Tonight I'm supposed to be squatting, but instead I'm gonna hit cardio, progressive and see how I feel. I wanna feel the blood flying round and really clear my system out. About an hour session of real cardio should do it.

In another month I'm gonna go in and get cholesterol check and they'll check Bloods also
