I like being here and while not part of the original July 2003 gang, have been around a long time here. I would be more than happy to do a PayPal contribution if Bouncer chooses to set something up (I know he doesn't).

I am not interested in MMA and wearing an MMA shirt does not appeal to me at all (no knock on Rocket or the quality of his shorts of course). That being said, I would be never try to bargain down the cost of the shirts or try to score free shipping or anything like that. That's just plain being cheap and trying to take advantage of my friendship with Rocket.

more bodybuilding/fitness/steroid themed shit and i would be more interested. im not a fighter so im not gonna be one of those tap out tools who wheres fighting stuff and cant fight. lol.

i know your point about no interest rocket but that was just a specific time and place. if you had more themes to offer at all time you might get more interest over the long run.

I mostly wear rockets gear to the gym. And I get respect in my gym. So people look and I tell the ones I like about his site. Also when I get questions I cant answer I come here and get it. Just saying we should support someway. Rockets stuff isnt that high and the site is free?

The problem with Rockets shirts is that they capture a very small audience.

The site is free, exactly. Nobody should feel obligated to purchase products from sponsors "just because." When Rocket or whomever makes a SM shirt, I promise I'll buy it :D

I agree that more gym related shirts would sell better on this site. I'm buying a couple shirts from rocket to support him. I would have no problem paying $20-$25 for a SM tee shirt. Even then by the time Rocket gets his money back I not sure if the site would make more then a few dollars.


I've been meaning to buy from Rocket but I'm seriously so scattered brained most of the time I keep forgetting to get with him.

While MMA gear is cool,I have gone to his site and looked. Its just not my style and If Im not gonna wear it I wont buy it.No offence towards Rocket in anyway. He targets a specific market and its understandable why.

As for as this place goes, I think as it grows there could be a place for shirts. I am involved in several hunting /fishing boards and we have shirts from them as well as we started a Reef project wiht the DNR and actually got a lot of Reef balls put out off the coast years ago for fish structure. Hardest thing to do is get folks committed to something and stick with it.

If SM had some T-s for working out in Id get a few no doubt. Untill then I'll keep on keeping on.

nobody owes me anything and i don't owe them anything. i run this site because its what i like to do.

i want people to do things because they want to, not because they feel like they owe me something.

as far as rocket and his shirts, i disagree with how he views things but he is a good guy at the end of the day. just a bit sensitive with a weird view on things sometimes. dont hold it against him. lol

I said i would not post in here again and I guess i lied. I feel i have to since you are reading it the wrong way.
most of my comments are about the SM shirts not my MMA shirts, as i know half of you probably dont like MMA or even the designs.
if you go back and re-read my posts you will see i thank Dago and then talk about the SM shirts and no one wanting them. we all see things different I shouldnt voice my opinion so strong I guess. bottom line it does noting good or bad if the SM shirts were bought I wasnt keeping the pennys that we would of made it was for the site
