The ufc is to blame. They should make contracted fighters fight and especially if it's a world champ. If they refuse to defend their title, they should be penalized. Now it's Machida vs. Jones part 2.

If I was jones and had my whole camp organise around fighting a particular style opponent then that changed I'd say no way, if he losses his O goes and he only needs to lose another two and he's potentially out

No excuses. When you're a champ at anything you welcome the challenger. Ufc needs to tighten up on their contracted fighters. They're paid to perform and defend their titles. Chael is a smaller opponent too but with that said. Chael is like the Diaz brothers; they'll fight anyone win or loose. That to me is a true warrior. A defeat is good sometimes; you learn to become greater!
